What doctor should i see about a roundish semi-soft lump under the skin just below the earlobe behind the jaw? noticed it 3 days ago, and thought it was a non-itchy bug bite. it seems bigger now, and the area around there is achy. no other symptoms?

See a skin specialist (Dermatologist) for initial evaluation. The skin specialist may biopsy it, remove it completely or refer you to ENT (Ear-Nose-Throat specialist).
