? related ?: Symptoms sound as though they may be unrelated. I suspect concern is lupus, but male sex, ANA negative and increased hematocrit argue against this. Dermographism and uric acid level have minimal predictive value and malar rash should of course spare the nasolabial fold and perhaps demonstrate photosensitivity. Could consider obtaining c3/4 and urinalysis. If negative stop.
