See details: I would doubt lupus. The rash is more likely to be rosacea.. Epistaxis is not a feature of lupus especially if the CBC is normal. Look for other causes.

Have lupus.On Plaquenil.Recent labs cbc, c3, c4, bmp, &UA showed no concerns. No other tests done. Does that mean my intermittent flares of debilitating fatigue & near syncope is NOT be from lupus? Rheumatologist never addressed & said labs look good?
