Get: Have your doctor look into your ear. It could be was. No cotton buds are recommended inside the ear canal . Good luck.

Water in ear: First off, i recommend never putting anything smaller than your elbow in your ear. You need to verify that the cotton swab is intact and you didn't leave any behind in the ear. If it is lay down on that side and let it drain on its own. You may have even pushed wax up against the ear drum. If it still bothering you in am, have someone look at it. Cerumenex as well.
