I put a cotton swab in my ear and starting moving it around. i think i moved something and now my right ear is very muffled. i can barely hear from it. my right ear has noticeably had worse hearing for the past 2 years now. what should i do?

Cotton buds can push wax up against the ear drum and block the canal. There are OTC wax dissolving drops that might help but a doc may need to remove the was with special tools.
