A member asked:

Cause of swollen lymph nodes in neck and low-grade fever at night for 1 month? started with sore throat, completed antibiotic regimen 1 week ago

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible mononucleos: Swollen lymph nodes, especially if there is some tenderness and some degree of associated temperatures points to infection. On rare occasions TB from unpasteurized milk can cause the problem. At other times infectious mononucleosis can result in the problem. If nodes do not regress and symptoms persist a biopsy should be performed.
