A member asked:

What is the difference between citrucel & metamucil?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fiber: Citrucel is methylcellullose. Metamucil is psyllium. These are 2 types of fiber. Is one better than the other? I think citrucel tastes slightly better than metamucil, but that is a personal opinion.
