Started mercilon and clarithromycin for sinus in 4/26. started getting tingly, pins and needles feel on toes when walking last night and today. related? nothing else has changed

Intriguing: Certainly is possible. I would stop the Clarithromycin now. Use steam to encourage drainage. Make sure you r well hydrated and well nourished. See if the pins/needles goes away in a day or so.. If not, see you doc. Btw, most sinus infections do not require antibiotics. Time, drainage, Ibuprofen is generally all you need. Avoid the ill effects of the antibiotics . http://www.choosingwisely.org.

Yes: Although not typical side effects, these could certainly be related and caused by mercilon and clarithromycin.
