Could be thrush: Thrush is common in babies. It will be white plaques on the inner lips, tongue or cheek. It will be difficult to scrape off; formula or breast milk is easy to remove. If you think it fits the description of thrush (which is an oral yeast infection), take your baby to see his/ her doctor for an evaluation.
