Need more info: All depends when you had the thyroidectomy and did you have follow up with an oncologist and what if any medications you are taking now or then. Please call your treating physician.

More info needed: These symptoms warrant an evaluation by your physician as soon as possible. Vomiting blood and passing black or bloody stools are serious symptoms and need prompt diagnosis and treatment. The chest discomfort may be related to problems in the lung or upper GI tract. Go to the er if you can't reach your physician now.

Seems unlikely: Hi. Was your thyroid cancer treated (surgery, radioactive iodine, TSH suppression)? What is your thyroglobulin (stimulated, and with TSH suppressed)? Not clear where your pain is; is it in the neck? Can you feel a mass? I think I can pretty well guarantee you that vomiting blood and having bloody stool have nothing to do with thyroid cancer. See your doc about the bloody vomit & stool & neck pain.
