Takes time: It's not uncommon after an injury like burn for the skin to remain discolored. Don't worry, the pigment cells will grow back eventually. The time can be varied from a few months to almost a year.

Moisturiser: If the skin looks dry then using a simple moisturiser will help to keep the skin healthy and allow it to heal. Don't over-cleanse your skin, there are natural oils that your body produces which are important for the normal functioning of your skin.
