Sometimes when i laugh i get burning sensations on the back of my head and then i can see little white lights in vision and then it will go back to normal?

You should see a neurologist if this continues. It is unclear what is causing this but a neurologist would be able to examine you and figure out if this is some type of neurologic abnormality. Good luck!

Seeing white spots in your vision is usually a result of putting pressure on your eyes. Apparently when you laugh you're exerting pressure on your eyes such as can occur with sneezing or coughing which can cause seeing stars. . If it only lasts for seconds it isn't anything serious. An ophthalmologist can advise you further. The neck burning can be from neck muscles pressing on occipital nerves.
