Painful Breast Lump: A large painful lump of the breast with yellow discharge sounds more like an abscess than breast cancer especially in a 26 year old. Either way you need to see a surgeon (general surgeon, plastic surgeon or gynecologist recommended) to sort this out. Go asap.
