Is it possible to have a lump and a pearly white discharge with no foul odor on one breast and not be cancer?

Breast lump: Sounds like duct is blocked and this is the fluid that the duct produces. Doesn't mean cancer at all.

Not cancer: Given your age and description, it is likely 1 of 2 benign things. 1. A blocked sebaceous gland (think uninfected pimple) 2. Blocked milk gland with some uninfected cellular debris. If you have concerns or it recurs, please see your doctor.
