Adhesions: I'm assuming that she had some type of pelvic surgery prior to this last one. It sounds as if she had postoperative scarring, called adhesions, that we're giving her pain. Surgery will quite often clear these adhesions, but they are always a risk to reform after any new surgery. Hopefully, she will get a good result.
