Vaginal discharge ?: A "brown discharge" (oxidized blood) after a normal period may indicate persistent fibroids, polyps, or even hormonal causes for the bleeding. See your gyn physician for a pelvic ultrasound for the bleeding issue, and for a clean catch urine test to rule out a bladder infection, which may cause the "bloating and burning".
