Random "on a boat feeling" for 6 months. happens when i do certain tasks it seems or sometimes randomly. i don't feel faint or light headed though?

Consider BPPV: By "on a boat" do you mean kind of dizzy, like the room is moving/spinning? Sometimes your inner ear and the nerves that travel from there to your brain can cause this symptom. Certain positions of your head can exacerbate the symptoms, and you may not even be aware of what you are doing.
