Im 31 at random times for the past 2 wks i get dizzy, light headed and feel faint.. im well hydrated and nurished what could be causing this is there ?

Dizziness: If you feel like the room is spinning around you it is a possibility you have vertigo. If the dizziness is happening when you stand up it may be orthostatic hypotension. Get a full history and physical exam by your physician to look for treatable causes of your dizziness. Presyncope sometimes has cardiac causes that need to be ruled out
