Normal: I can only address a sinus or mastoid cat scan. But when a radiologist states unremarkable, that means he or she can not detect any pathology. Incidental bilateral is too non-specific in you question, but usually means a variant of normal. Let us know what the anatomical area visualized is and what incidental bilateral means.

CT report: Sorry, but you do not provide enough specific information. "almost all of it says unremarkable" means nothing of any significance to comment on, ie, normal. "incidental bilateral" means the reader saw something that was most likely unimportant but also not expected or requested to be looked for at the time of the initial request. Do speak to the doctor who ordered the scan.
