I have pcos, had 2positive ptests i went for a scan. i was given a internal scan a sac/yolk sac was seen but no fetal pole asked to return in 2wks?!?

HCG tests?: You might have been too early to see the fetus, but this could be a miscarriage. You could get 2-3 HCG tests (quantitative hcg) each two days apart. The HCG level should double every two days. If it does not then it is probably a miscarriage.
