Dates off?: May be off on dates, don't see fetal pole until sac at least 18 mm on transvaginal scan. It may work out and your just not where you thought or the pregnancy may not be viable low probality but a pregnancy in the tube can create a pseudo-sac but you would likely be in pain. If non viable your chances of having a normal preg. Next time are not lower; go to the follow up, sorry, tough situation.
