You might need a tilt table test, echocardiogram ; tsh. This can improve over time with proper hydration and gradually and slowly increasing level of activity to become athletic. Special ECG: The rhythm may not be arising from exactly the normal place, the sinus node. You may need special ecgs performed by a cardiac electrophysiogist to be sure of the rhythm. Some faster. Heart rhythms from other places in the heart can look normal but need a special treatment.
