Injury/ Ischemia: Those results indicate an area of scar or u perfumed area in mid basal probably indicating some prior damage to heart. Of more concern is area of reversible ischemia which may indicate blockage in the the LAD distribution of the coronaries. Would discuss catheterization and possible intervention with your doctors to preserve as much LV function as possible, soon!
