Discuss this with: your psychiatrist. Make sure you are being monitored for side effects (precipitation of mania if you are bipolar, serotonergic syndrome, and seizures). Do not abruptly discontinue medications without consulting your psychiatrist.

Multiple Meds: Wellbutrin (bupropion) and Zoloft are commonly taken together. Don't know so much about Vyvanse ... but it's not uncommon to see individuals on more than one SSRI antidepressant as well as ADHD meds. Best to contact your treating physician and ask.
