No,it does not: Wheatgrass does not do much of anything, good or bad. So this is not the reason for low white count. But mds is more likely the cause for your low blood counts. Are you taking any chemotherapy for mds? If the counts are dangerously low, then active treatment with chemotherapy may be the next step for you to consider.
