What does a nlr indicate neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio. i see ranges 1-3 is normal 6-9 is mild but what would a 4 or 5 indicate . current absolute neutrophils 7.86 absolute lymphocytes 1.67. thank you ?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the results you provided are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
