Can be normal: The MCH (mean corpuscular hgb) can be up in heavy smokers / other lung diseases, anemia or other blood diseases, or just you. Neutrophils fight off acute infection, so could be getting ill or recovering. Platelets can be an inflammatory marker, so could tie to the elevated neutrophils or just be you also. Discuss specifics with your dr.
