Not critical!: The purpose of head elevation after a facelift is to reduce swelling and decrease the chance of bleeding. Any of those pillows (or just 2 regular pillows) would accomplish this nicely. There is no real need to buy a special pillow as you are only going to use it for the first night or two. After that, most of the benefit will have been obtained.

Blood runs down hill as well: what I mean is you want your head to be at the top of the hill and your heart to be at the bottom. Place your head above the level of the heart. But it is equally important not to tuck your chin into your chest if you out a pillow under your head. This can kink your neck vessels
