Having a lot of difficulty swallowing for over a week, noticed elongated uvula, but no pain in throat/fever/etc. what could it be?

ENT: I would suggest both an ENT evaluation of your uvula and swallowing studiesl this is not a normal condition in an otherwise healthy male patient- get checked.
