Not really: I don't see that being the best thing to eat, and I am sure you were worried when it happened, but this is a fairly inert substance (and probably not too tasty). I would just wash out her mouth, wipe out any you can, and watch her for a bit. Any silicone bits she might have swallowed should pass in the next day or so.
