Likely normal: Most girls start to develop breast tissue (thelarche) around the age of 8 years - some a little sooner and some later, so this is probably very normal and expected. It is also almost always asymmetric so her breasts will change differently and independently. Be sure to ask these questions the next time she is seen for her next routine physician visit.
