I've been on topiromate for 1 week for weight loss and its still hasnt worked why?

Most not effective: Weight loss requires eating less than body burns. The few appetite suppressing medications on the marker are not particularly effective ; it is easy to eat enough to counter their effect. I have found victoza+/-symlin, carefully titrated by client, to be most effective (approved for dm, not obesity). But compliance ; response still varies widely. Hflc, track wt daily ; cut quantity most effective.
