Dental care..: You should start feeling better within a couple of days of the pulpectomy. The antibiotics will help bring the pain and inflammation down. It might be possible that you might still have some residual infection. It is best to have it re-evaluated if that is the case.

Additional work: Sometimes(10%) teeth that have longstanding or well established lesions at the root ends need to have a surgical procedure if the body is not resolving the swelling after endodontics.
