i've been on antibiotic for 3 days for a sinus infection and still have pain in my face and head. how long will it take for me to feel better?

Longer: Chronic sinus infections can occasionally be extremely difficult requiring 2-4 weeks. If you are a smoker this can be aggravated also if you have a structural problem that impedes normal sinus drainage more serious intervention might be needed.
