chronic osteomyelitis of jaw. infection started last aug. on clyndamycin 6wks still oozing puss from sores on chin & swollen like apple. how treat?

?: Not really my field but i would say that this sounds as though it will require surgery need to see an oral surgeon.

Have it evaluated.: Cultures would help in determining the appropriate antibiotics. Debridement of infected wound and bone may be needed. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may be a good adjudicative treatment for a bone infection.
