You are diabetic: That value is high even if you ate before it was collected. You are likely diabetic but repeat the glucose in a fasting state and also have a hemoglobin a1c done.

See a doctor: Blood sugar of 460 is very high, and you need to see a doctor. Diabetes is highly likely, and you need treatment.
