Agree with Dr Peltan, as doctors like to be certain that certain blood testing, such as glucose and cholesterol be conducted under fasting conditions. You probably will be OK at 11 hrs, but if levels of glucose are elevated, this could be repeated with longer fasting. Not a challenging problem in most cases.
