IVF an Option: In vitro fertilization (ivf) is an option, but this is very expensive without insurance. An ivf procedure is more likely to allow a pregnancy than an attempt at a reversal of a tubal ligation which is not that successful and is also costly and a surgical procedure with more risks, etc. Best wishes.
