Time for re-exam: Hirschprung's disease (hd) or something unrelated? There are lots of potential issues here--including dysmotility, pelvic floor dysfunction, proctitis (infectious, inflammatory bowel), behavioral (not uncommon), non-gi related (gynecologic, urologic, neurologic).
