TOF: With corrective surgeries, prognosis is quite favorable. This is attested to by few of my adolescent/young adult patients who had corrective surgeries at much younger age.

See below: The prognosis continues to be good until about 25 to 30 years old when we see an increase in congestive heart failure and arrhythmia's. These patients continue to need close monitoring as they grow older.
