Talk to doctor: Many women will develop cysts in their life. The vast majority are benign, but some do develop into cancer. Having a ca 125 that low is a good sign, but no one can tell until the cyst is examined by a pathologist after surgery. After surgery, your doctor will be able to give you more detailed answers.
