Yes: Yes, endometriosis definitely can elevate CA-125. CA-125 isn't a good screening marker for for ovarian cancer in younger women. You might consider changing your demographic information because it states that you are a male and only 1 year old!

Yes: Ca125 is often up a bit for no obvious reason. Reference range is set so that several percent of healthies fall outside.
