f 22 just left er for chest pains/heart palpitations/arm pain. everything came back normal what could be the issue? also getting dizzy/nauseous lately

Most likely anxiety: There can be medical reasons to have the symptoms described but most often, especially in view of a negative evaluation in the er, anxiety, panic attacks or chest wall pain are the most likely causes in young healthy people.
