I have two 3x4x3mm and one 2x4x2mm complicated hypoechoic nodules in my thyroid. should i get them checked by an endocrinologist?

Probably not: You are talking about mm, not cm right? If mm, they are still very small. I would get another ultrasound in 1 year and see a specialist if they are changing or growing. In the meantime ask your pcp to make sure the thyroid is functioning normally.
