What is recommended to reverse thyroid nodules besides seeing endocrinologist ?

You need a physician to determine effect on thyroid function and whether the nodules are benign or cancerous. There is no OTC remedy, and dietary and vitamin approaches will have no influence. An endocrinologist is the correct specialist to contact.
