If it moves-ok: If it moves down your nail then it is most likely blood. If it doesn't move then have it seen. There can be moles there and they should be seen by pcp or dermatologist.

Subungual hematoma: Most likely a small bleeding under the nail called subungual hematoma, which usually resolves without treatment. It could be caused by subtle minor injury.
