I have a round misshaped red spot on my right hand, it is red/brown color that appeared all of a sudden. no rash anywhere else. what could it be?

Unclear : Without seeing the lesion it is hard to know. With any new rash it's important to review if you've taken any new medications or been exposed to new detergents or soaps that can be irritating. If it persists it is worth seeing your doctor to have it evaluated.
