Seizures: Typically seizures may be followed by postictal drowsiness lasting up to an hour or more but unless you sustained some injury you normally don't have residual effects for days. Your neurologist, who knows your case, is best qualified to answer your question as well as evaluate any lingering symptoms and have your tegretol level checked.
