Need CT scan: How hard did you hit your head? Any chance of neck injury as well? It could be something very simple and benign like a pinched nerve in your neck, but you also have to be concerned about a spinal injury with those symptoms. You should go to the emergency department and have a ct scan of your head and cervical spine.

Arm pain: Did you hurt your neck as well? Symptoms could be due to an injury to your neck that is causing nerve pain in your arm. You should be evaluated to make sure it isn't from anything serious like a fracture to your neck and to evaluate your concussion symptoms.
