No; Only very Adv Ds: Stress tests, all methods, are incapable of detecting arterial disease; the visible arteries do not control blood flow. Blood flow to all tissues, body wide, is controlled 24/7 by the arterioles; nozzles, which constantly adjust size under brain+local feedback control to determine capillary flow. Narrowings/stenoses in the heart arteries must be severe before overpowering arteriole compensation.
